Your first visit

You will be required to complete a consultation form before your first treatment, so our BABOR Expert may identify any potential personal issues in order to customise your treatment according to your needs to ensure the perfect BABOR Experience. Information provided is always kept confidential in accordance with the strict personal data policies.

Soft voices & relaxed minds

 During your treatment, we kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phone and speak softly throughout the BABOR by Chloe Votsi areas in order to preserve the relaxing atmosphere created for you and the rest of our customers.

BABOR products

Your treatment will be even more effective if you also use the appropriate high-performance care products at home. We will be happy to advise you.

Vouchers

We can provide you with treatment vouchers or vouchers for a particular value, complete with attractive gift-wrapping if required. The vouchers have 1 year time limit and can be used for treatment or for purchasing products.

Late arrivals

In the case of late arrivals, the treatment times may be shortened in order to ensure that subsequent treatments can begin on time.

Cancellation

The treatments you book are reserved especially for you. We appreciate your well in advance notice for cancellation.
